| Personally I am a big fan of the Tekken series (specifically 3 and Tag Tournament), and when I saw that there was a Tekken anime, I was delighted. Since I could not find anywhere, I downloaded the Kazaa. He had two or three days to download, creating the anticipation of seeing one of my favorite video games brought to life. When I finally saw him, I was completely disappointed. This movie: Tekken: The Motion Picture had very little redeeming qualities to it: the characters were mostly annoying (ie Chaolan-Lee, Anna and Nina, Heihachi, Jun Kazama), and as mentioned earlier, fighting and character development were minimal. It seemed the most interesting is Jack and the girl, though a bit corny and done before (the set of machine learning to feel, etc. ..). The plot goes all over the place and ended the game barely resembled. What also bothered me was that some of the most interesting characters in the series (Paul Phoenix, Armor King and King, Yoshimitsu, etc. ..) so that in about 5 seconds in the background in the final scene. Much of the Tekken: The Motion Picture Animation movie was completely free (Anna shower scene, stealth mutant dinosaurs). This movie: Tekken: The Motion Picture has a 2-for effort and a couple of interesting scenes with half Jack. |
