| I read this book when I was a kid and remembered fondly enough to read again as an adult (when I discovered that you have a great streak in Christianity). I do not remember any details (except for a couple, not in the film, including a 2D world and a little on the development of Charles Wallace), so I do not know how much has changed in the film. But for me it feels a lot like the book I remember feeling. It is an exciting and magical story. The performance is good, has good pace, and although the special effects films are quality television is still a very effective presentation. I think most people probably do not like this are huge fans of the book, for fans of the books are almost always enormous hatred of the adjustments, but its production is a wonderful type 8 / 10. |
| I got all excited when I saw the ads for this DivX Movie Wrinkle in Time, A because I recently read the book and really enjoyed it. The film, however, did not meet my expectations. Having recently read the book prepared me for the big drop in frequency happens when stories are translated into movies. The characters do not seem to fit well with the book. The direction is weak. I had a hard time going into the characters. There was a real connection with the audience about what was happening. The dialogue is not properly explained what was happening. Just seemed slapped together and rushed through. Overall I was very disappointed with the film. I suppose that if you have not read the book, could well be on its own. At least, might be tempted to read the book, which is likely to enjoy more. |
