| I have been told that people did not like this Angel Heart Mystery film because it was difficult to understand. If I told you the end, not suffer a bit and still enjoy this Angel Heart Mystery immensely, but I will not spoil it. The Angel Heart Mystery is dark and deep, established in 1955 in Harlem and New Orleans. Cheap Detective, voodoo, murder, sex, racism - is to add to the mystery. It is a mystery - a missing person case - where our hero, the two-bit detective (Mickey Rourke) goes looking for a man who has been absent for 12 years. His work led him to New Orleans, where he is involved with voodoo and Lisa Bonet ( "The Cosby Show") in his debut film. And what a debut it was because Rourke and gave us a scene that had all the appearance of reality. The film: Angel Heart also features Charlotte Rampling, who, without realizing that the show did in The Night Porter, however, offers a treatment that is already dead with her heart cut out. And we do not want to shelve Whitcraft Elizabeth (Goodfellas, Working Girl), who gave the most skintastic performance of his career. | This DivX Movie Angel Heart is incredible, but it is possible to do twice. There are so many convolutions and revelations that is amazing. Although often graphic, Angel Heart can also be subtle. Which is full of biblical and mythological symbolism and imagery, and the recurring themes of his prefiguration shocking conclusion are resourceful. | I will not go much for that sort of thing Parker ( "Midnight Express", although technically it was an impressive bit racist, "Shoot the Moon" was a big hole, and that has to be Pink Floyd appreciate such works as "the wall") "Angel Heart" is a different matter, because it deals with the horror and fantasy genre.Against all odds, for someone who had never tried to solve this difficult genre, Parker managed magnificently.The script is first class, a great story with an ending that never imagine (and I will not reveal that, of course!) Including drugs, voodoo, Saturday, intense love scenes with a wonderful cast: Rourke, who had never been better (and ever) and a deadpan terribly DeNiro cast as Louis encryption, this Angel Heart Mystery takes us along a winding, labyrinthine investigation in which private detective Rourke things are so terrible that not escape unscathed. The supporting cast is excellent: Charlotte Rampling is only a few minutes on screen, but remember her and her tea.The same applies to the drug addict doctor.I d tone for one thing: the elevator scene could have been taken from an old French movie, "Huis clos", directed by Jacqueline Audry, from Jean-Paul Sartre game (1956). |
