| Sniper is a solid thriller and Moody driven by some of the first class action sequences. Sniper 2 sequel proved to be a very solid and not that far behind the original. Sniper 3 is as good as, if not a little better, Part 2, as it expands a bit on Beckett and gives you more of an idea of this interesting character. Retired Marine sniper Beckett, now the teaching profession, one is given an assignment outside, locate and kill an old friend who has been supplying weapons to the enemy. The action scenes are good, the surprisingly good production values, history is especially well written and the movie is fast. These are all qualities that make a decent movie and Sniper 3 is definitely a very decent action / thriller. Tom Berenger added more layers to the Beckett character and gives a very good performance. The Sniper trilogy is well worth seeing, every movie has something for him. |
| I liked the casting choices. Of course, Tom Berenger is the perfect actor, but John Doman, Denis Arndt, William Duffy, and in particular, Byron Mann were convincing in their characters. The Vietnamese cast and crew were phenomenal. I liked the story very well written, there are no loose ends. All the information that he was told in history has been used with its findings. I like the location of choices in Vietnam. I loved the music (WOW). There was an issue in Southeast Asia, but not over the top stereotypical. The music was hip and the height of the screens of the film. I like the film. The lighting in the dock with Quan and the informant, chilling. Great job, really! |
| Sniper 3 is quite interesting and well-crafted B-movie, filmed by once-promising indie filmmaker PJ Pesce ended nailing large direct-to-video sequels. The theatrical feature sniper opened the Nineties and now it seems that it was directed by the guy who is very much lower than those credited on the sequels. First, it turned out that Craig Buxley Sniper 2 in a well-made inventive low budget. Here comes Pesce added that the eighty vintage muscle in the typical Cannon missing in action the establishment Vietnam. Pesce knows its pulp and is proud to display. Berenger is experienced and who can do those roles in his sleep, while Byron Mann remains one of the most underused martial arts heroes after Invincible, and the belly of the beast. | Tom Berenger is once again on our side as favorite fictional super sniper, Tom Beckett. This time it was sent back to Vietnam to kill Paul Finnegan, a former soldier, thought dead, but has gone Awol. However, the government sends you in the mission is not to tell him all the truth.He teams with the son who never knew he had (never told law, but it's pretty damn obvious) to complete its mission. This film was really a good step up from the second, thanks to the location, pretty good action, and better fabric in general. | This was a great way to end the trilogy. Vietnam was a big flashback, the kills were good, and the dialog is not boring. Just a big "oh what the hell that could never happen" in which he exists, but is composed of the sniper kills and pleasant gun kills. The rifle uses, the Winchester M70 I think it was, was good if you're a fan of snipers. I really hope to do another sniper, because there are not enough good films sniper out there, this is definitely one of my favorites and I recommend it to anyone who likes the snipers. | Yes, I know. Tom Berenger should be in better films. This film is the typical "B" action movie, but the act is much, much better. This time, you have to go back to Vietnam for murdering a friend who has become evil. Problem is, Thomas Beckett is higher and his sniper skills are not as good as before. Something goes wrong with the success and Thomas is forced to run for his life. It was Thomas Beckett and the Vietnamese police to be able to get out of this mess?
