| Spoilery: 4-5 I see movies a month at the theater, but when I read this evening, was the first time he had heard of a crowd "BOO" a film. I happen to agree with that sentiment. This movie was terrible. I consider myself a pretty smart sort, but the logic behind some of this plot was too complicated to follow. Also, the casting was all wrong. I've never bought Julianne Moore as an FBI agent. She can not boot "hard". There is also the thought is absolutely ZERO chemistry between Cage and Jessica Biel. In fact, every time we kissed, the audience laughed. That is absurd. But worse was the decision casting of Nicolas Cage. Every time I have to serious * I'm looking at the future * look on his face, I could not help but Giggles a bit. That seemed silly. Anyway, do yourself a favor and skip this one. He is wrong. The special effects are bad. The story is bad. The final is a disaster. |
