| 15 minutes is a movie for a good time, but it is nothing memorable.15 minutes a very good TV.The criticism of the film has a good performance by De Niro, but the best performance of the film was made by Karel Roden and This actor should be more appreciated and the film has a good turn in the final too.Like I said before, the movie is nothing memorable, but I was totally fun.If who are waiting for the best thriller of our time, you will be disappointed . | This is a raw, nervous, but the movie interesting characters that make entertaining for the full two hours. For some reason, I do not think that this movie has a lot of advertising. Karol Roder does not receive any billing, but as much a star in this movie as big-names Robert Redford and Edward Burns. Another actor who also has a key role, Oleg Taktarov, has no billing! Wow, really hosed in the Eastern European players here. The film is partially another indictment against the press. Playing the villain in this direction is good "ole" Frasier "on TV: Kelsey Grammar. It plays a bad mouth Sleaze TV tabloid" Robert Hawkins. Sometimes this is a little too nervous for me, nor I appreciate Burns' verbal blasphemy, but also enjoy some of the black humor here. | I hesitate to call "15 Minutes" a comedy of any kind, but seems best suited to the abbreviated description is "black humor". The film pokes fun savage satire on the media, the criminal justice system, and those who use the media (and being used by it) in order to achieve their 15 minutes of fame. I suspect that most who see this movie, whether you love or hate because it's violent and ultimately sad. However, it is funny, intelligent, well-acted and beautifully photographed, too. Recommended. 7 out of 10. |
| This is an amazing movie. DeNiro is the man! Edward Burns is not too bad as well. I liked the story and ill were crazy! Rarely do you see such insane villains. I was very entertaining. Rental you like I promise. 9 / 10 |
| Obviously, Robert De Niro is one of - if not the largest - the players of all time, but I was ready to see him in a (surprisingly) minor role. The real star of "15 Minutes" - A fire investigator Jordy Warsaw - is played by Edward Burns. Warsaw is naive and eager to help Eddie Flemming (De Niro), with an investigation to find a psychotic murderer (Karel Roden). All Meanwhile, journalists are after them (Helmed by Kelsey Grammar), wanting ever gritty detail. Although Burns is carrying A +, Roden steals the show. Not only with the usual dark comedy feel, but with a disturbing psychotic humor. Roden should be in more movies, this material proves that. Despite the big shows, the main purpose is the jewel of this movie. It shows how the media to do anything a good story, and the manner in which the penalty is wrong and disgrace psychos good cop. Usually I spoil ya! Well, if sometimes disturbing film, 8 / 10. |
