| "See No Evil, hear no evil", a title perfect for a hilarious script that was brilliantly portrayed by Gene Wilder (Dave) and Richard Pryer (Wally). The story of two "disabled" (as Dave comments at the end of the film, "I'm not disabled, I got") people who join the eyes. The hilarious duo get caught in a crime he did not commit and do everything in their power to rid them of the indictment. I must say that I really enjoyed this movie immensely. I remember when he came to see for the first time in 1989 and thinking, "wow ... what a funny movie." Being only 11 at the time, did not really understand the hilarity of all the jokes that were in it. The reason that I see again now ... 13 years later is because of a Kevin Spacey (who plays Kirgo, the thief). I'm in the process of gathering all his movies ... and this only happens one by one, in that list. I am glad it is. Find the script to be wonderful, brilliant and the time spent looking at a particular moment of fun. Great movie! |

| Not as good as Silver Streak and Stir this madness, but Gene Wilder and Richard Pryor output never fails to put a big smile on my face.Seen load times and now is as funny as the first time, shiny things. |
| Hilarious, side-splitting, very intelligent humor by two of the best actors of comedy ever. I've seen this movie several times now and each time is as fun as the first. You just get to see this movie! |
| Richard Pryor and Gene Wilder are probably one of the best pairs around the comedy. And this title is probably one of the best made together. Most of the credit here goes to Richard, who played his part really hilariously. Anyway, a pleasant evening of the eighties comedy, with some big laughs and not so great plot. But hey, who cares about that when "his smile off his pants." 7 out of 10 |
