| If Fred and Ethel Mertz had never seen "Pacific Heights", might have thought twice about that Lucy and Ricky apartment - and I do not mean that in a fun way. When the tenants of San Francisco Patty Palmer (Melanie Griffith) and Drake Goodman (Matthew Modine), fix the apartment, which sold the newcomer Carter Hayes (Michael Keaton). However, something not very good about this guy. And when asked to leave, things get really ugly. "Pacific Heights" is one of those films that show the dangerous side of a particular lifestyle, in this case is a tenant. You probably do not want to be a tenant after seeing this movie. Michael Keaton makes a baffling character - but not surprising for a long time. Griffith Modine and really give the impression of a fall in despair.
