| Really this is the funniest DVD film Hot Rod I've seen "Wedding Crashers." The trailers do not do this film, in fact, justice ..., although I am a big fan Andy Samberg, did not want to see this Hot Rod movie because the trailers looked completely ridiculous. But I was wrong. This Hot Rod movie is very random, just an all around entertaining and witty film. If you're a fan of the website Samberg SNL writers, Jorma and Akiva you fully appreciate the crazy humor. Has great memorable lines that I am sure that the people named in the next few years and laugh without stopping. This is a Hot Rod Comedy film for people with a sense of humor out of date. Many people in the theater where I saw the advanced screening often "This is too weird!" Comments ... yes, the Hot Rod movie is rare. I'd compare to "Arrested Development" or even "Happy Gilmore" to the extreme. I would say that many people are not the random humor. But if you like it strange, then you'll love this Hot Rod Comedy film for sure! |
| I'm a ginormous fan Will Ferrell ... and the fact that advertising was not as much as a normal Ferrell Hot Rod Comedy movie was, I had no idea what it was. Will Ferrell is intended for the main part of the (Rod Kimble), but then decided that only the executive producer. My friend and I went to see SuperBad was not even in the theater, but ... so we decided to see Hot Rod. Exceeded my expectations! I was laughing so hard tears were rolling down my cheeks ... It was awesome! Very funny, full of comedy, stunt movie. I LOVED IT! If I had to promote this Hot Rod Comedy film in a couple of oil self-repairing bridges slacker ... I! |
| Andy Samberg is the hero of the Internet age. Digital videos through SNL as lazy Sunday and Dick in a box, which has a fanbase of coral, an Emmy nod score and land his own role in a movie. Be that clever, witty and subtle comedy is taking over the box office (40 years The Virgin, Knocked Up, etc.) is safe to say that the plain old silly farce is having difficulty reaching the same audience. The Jerk Steve Martin was a success, with his genius for creating a character who was so naive and stupid and easy to relate to. Samberg is trying to recreate the same sort of character, but it seems as if the public is not taking it. Either way, it does so successfully and with a charming awkwardness that could put to shame Martin (no offense Steve). Hot Rod even started a little slow, with the feeling that watching it can not get out of his depression, which is moving in a comedy laugh out loud that you literally howls. For example, in one scene, Samberg carried out their frustrations, as he says, "punch dancing" in the woods. This is followed by one of the longest and most entertaining Hot Rod film enters the story. Probably most of the critics feel that the DVD movie Hot Rod is only youtube videos strewn together, yet is taken for what it is: a shameless farce in 80 years by the stories of dogs. There was a time when this film: Hot Rod seriously. And that's a good thing. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to evaluate its laugh off. |

"Hot Rod" is a silly sense of humor and avoid more artificial plot advancers by hanging another Hot Rod film based on SNL comedies. Much of the humor is juvenile and stupid, but much of it was fun enough to keep me in the seat. I think anyone you like "Hot Rod" or you hate. I do not think it will have a "Napoleon Dynamite" type following, but have the feeling that this was the intention. Lots of skits and jokes 80 was lost in much of today's youth who were weaned on Jack-Ass, Jim Carrey, Captain Planet and cell phones. |
| I saw an open discussion of this in the TC. I was not sure what to expect in the first ... but I laughed more in this film, a comedy in a long time to leave. Expect a lot of randomness that makes you laugh out loud. The Hot Rod Comedy film is definitely a Hot Rod film for a certain type of viewer .. IE: People who enjoy a "dumb / stupid" kind of comedy. SNL from a movie. Laughter is common in all cinemas laughs. A good performance, a hilarious cast and Andy Samberg, Isla Fisher and beautiful is always nice to see. Be prepared to leave the theater knowing his friends were quoted this Hot Rod movie for a while. I recommend this DVD film Hot Rod to other viewers. |
| The trailer for "Hot Rod" the promise of a slapstick comedy with all sorts of things that happen! Surprisingly "Hot Rod" is lower key and subtle than would be expected! The jokes are not obvious? Therefore, it will be difficult for some to laugh at certain scenes! But once you get into the Hot Rod film to understand its charm! Part of the charm is the music! Apart from some exceptions which used several songs from the eighties which undoubtedly will take some good memories! These songs are not just background music! Illustrating that the primary is over! But the main reason is really the main character played by Andy Samberg Rod! You can not but sympathize with his positive spirit, even if people think it's a failure! Special Note: Ian McShane is bright despite the stepfather! He and Andy are responsible for most of the funniest scenes in the movie! |
