| It's fun, is clever and you can be sure to remember. It is extraordinary - is not going along the usual patterns of lame Hollywood. The players bear their roles very well. "Angel's Dance" is one of those movies.This is due to the imaginative writing and fine performances turned in by Jim Belushi, as a successful professional man trying to train a soldier from the Mafia to do wetwork, and Sheryl Lee as the introverted , Isolated woman who is supposed to be the apprentice's final exam. Nothing goes as planned for murderers, as his victim reacts so unpredictable and fatally for his efforts. As a lonely and miserable as their lives may be, it is by no means ready to give up yet. The DivX Movie Angel's Dance has lots of little surprises in it, but none of them feel contrived. This is a Angel's Dance Action movie that can safely pop into the VCR or DVD player on a rainy day and be assured of an entertaining ride, although the final is not exactly a happy-ever-after one. |
| GAL hard in the first 15 min. more or less, but then the arms and shooting scenes are really pure and realistic.The story is the median line, but Belushi carries the Angel's Dance Action well, as the true pro that is, and what makes it fun and compelling, while the others are a little uncomfortable with their roles.It could have been a real flopper, but it seems as though Belushi was the extra mile to make a DVD movie Angel's Dance worth seeing, if only to see his great performance Angel's Dance film also adds some interesting, unexpected twists . | Surprisingly the little-known Kyle Chandler is playing an important role in Peter Jackson's King Kong. Therefore, maybe now Angel's Dance will get less recognition. With the BackBeat Sheryl Lee jobbing and James Belushi (as a potential victim and professional success-man, respectively), this little B-picture is surprisingly watchable and sometimes dark humouress. Opening with Jon Polito (a family function better in Miller's Crossing) dispatch of an apprentice hit-man to go with the best in the business of learning the ropes. For "La Rosa" (Belushi) this means the teaching of Tony (Chandler) to put aside any moral that once had and randomly picks a name from a phone book as the target. Neither one could predict that the goal (Lee) to fight with the force terminal. Offbeat, unique and with some decent action scenes (and some good costumes to boot), this is another movie: Angel's Dance that will not be seen by the majority, but will be appreciated by the majority that do. Surely Belushi is longer because of other worthy role like this, maybe Tarantino will remember him in the coming years ... |
| Well ... I suppose it can not be something said by one of HBO's "free"! I caught this Angel's Dance Action entirely by accident during a free HBO weekend. I agree with other users, that the film: Angel's Dance was a bit late in starting. But being a fan of Jim Belushi, I have decided to stick it out. I was not disappointed! Although the act is far from the quality of the Academy Award, Belushi and a very well-written script continued to hold my attention. If you get a chance to catch it, do it!
