One of the worst filmed movies I have ever seen. The camera was lousy, the screen is tilted to the left _All_the_time_. The colors are horrible, there is only one or two scenes that are filmed with a blue filter. Even if you can get used to blue screens, stroboscopic effect that his every action scene (my hypothesis is the lack of budget) _deberá_ turn your stomach. Obviously there was _not_ budget for special effects, other than the effects you get if you buy the $ 100 el-cheapo-fastforward/slomo-mixer. The fight scenes lack any sense of choreography, that is, only to see the scene when the shooting 2 "fighters" are walking around each other slowly, the only "contact" are extremely close-up shots. The same applies to almost all the tricks / shooting scenes. At least the story made sense, in the way that most B-rated action / thriller flics have a story line. Pity, however, that the actors do not really have a chance to show what they can do (see above). In conclusion: If I were you I leave this "straight to video production" right down the shelves of video rental and Jackie Chan "Who Am I" instead. |
If there is a new type of genre film, it might be the movie: Soul Assassin bleu, as is the case with this movie. First time director Laurence Malkin is credited with the idea. He gave the Soul Assassin Crime film a blue dye in their entirety. The movie: Soul Assassin tries to do too much and the plot is a puzzle, if one does not pay special attention. Besides, sometimes it feels like a rock video without music. The film: Soul Assassin shot entirely in the Netherlands is moving at a rapid pace. Like other police, this offers one of the people who seek instant gratification in seeing it. Sometimes one wonders how can these people in the action scenes to survive in a shot with high-powered rifles. On the other hand, the scene at the hotel where Kevin's girlfriend dies, it is very real: this is what happens to people when they are dead. The hero, Skeet Ulrich, was put through a lot in the film. Of course, surviving on just a few scratches after what is being done to it, otherwise it would not be a Soul Assassin movie at all, who would it be? The bad guys are more interesting. The Dutch players are very good and is the backdrop of Rotterdam, with some deviations to Amsterdam and Uttrecht, posing as the first city. Derek de Lint plays with taste. Would have loved to have seen more of Rena Owens, the great actress from New Zealand, but unfortunately, is not intended to be. Finally, Nicholas Irons, can not deny that is the son of Jeremy. What a strange resemblance! |
Absolutely beyond a brilliant performance of Skeet Ulrich as a man trained to be a hit man for a crime corporation, there is not much to recommend this movie. It is not as terrible as some reviewers said - below the striking visual effects and is not an old suspense thriller. Unfortunately, the producers were clearly buying another "Bourne Identity" and the director, probably a meth-addict, had seen too many John Woo movies. I mention this because although I have seen the pursuit bike stunts - all too clearly established by the editor in place to prevent the crew - I thought of Jackie Chan from persecution in motorcycle wonderful "Project A" and I thought, 'Gee, that's what this movie: Soul Assassin needs - Jackie Chan, John Woo no. John Woo, but the influence here, and Woo is a stylist from the arc, to imitate what you have to have a real schmaltzy original plot, but going below the style, and while this DivX film Soul Assassin has a sentimentality, does not originality to speak of. There are obvious references to Hitchcock and Stanley Donen, of Samuel Fuller "Dead Pigeon on Beethoven Street" and a dark thriller based on a novel by Alistair MacLean, "Puppet on a string" - blatant because the originals are much better and, certainly do not need this kind of "tribute." I will not say this is a bad thriller, and some are entertaining enough. But intends to be much more - which is a disappointment. |
In Rotterdam, where Kevin Burke (Skeet Ulrich) is promoted to head up a multinational investment bank, which goes to a hotel with his girlfriend, the bank's executive Bremmond Rosalind (Katherine Lang), to celebrate and to propose marriage him. But Rosalind is murdered in the room, and blind rage, Kevin guidance seeks revenge after his boss and mentor Karl Jorgensen (Derek de Lint). "Alma Murderer" is a horrible film, in fact, a festival of cliches. The story is incredible and totally ridiculous surprisingly, the characters are well developed and the viewer does not know who they are and their motives, the camera seems to be an MTV video clip shot, the choreography of the fighting was horrible, and many with close cuts. Dutch few films I've seen, but this is certainly one of the worst. My vote is three. Title (Brazil): "Soul murder" ( "Murderer Soul") |
This could have been watchable if not for the director of the experimentation in photography, gives you a headache sometimes. The same crap that I saw REACH U.S. CARTER in the remake, and I can not stand it. All it does is make the story more confusing what should be. The woman who plays Karrina (Rena something or other) is sexy and exciting, and I liked to see more of it, but not (some prostitutes sexy, too 8 ^ D). Kristy Swanson and Skeet Ulrich are wasted here. Here is a Newsflash, if you're going to make a film, and wants gritty'-why not just DVD movie Soul Assassin in black and white, instead of blue W / an object on the screen in color? This will add to the film. All this director has not been seen before, and besides that, which makes only serves to distort history. A dash confused and confusing only contributes further to disasters. I knew before reading here that the director has done music videos, because that's what this Soul Assassin Crime film feels like in points. |
Fulfilling what I had thought, this Soul Assassin Crime film moves intrigue / thriller-worthy premise absolute schlock to 5 minutes of the opening credits. No history. N characters. Do nothing. Doubtful DVD movie Soul Assassin (I guess it's only a Blue, Blue World). All this with a final sets a new standard for 'bad'. Since this is a rent-free .... I want my money back. |
Some in this Soul Assassin movie is a thing called a plot. Many, like the DVD film Soul Assassin "The Candidate," but with an Italian Shoot 'em up to the last. I saw this because I am a fan of Skeet Ulrich, was turned off almost as bad but managed to hang on until the end. Take care of it, has continued to flash backs that do not add anything and only time. Cut out all the manure and the movie: Soul Assassin would only run about 30 minutes. |
Download Soul Assassin Movie HereThe future seems bright for Kevin Burke (Ulrich), a security expert for the large multi-national company Jorgensen Financial. He's just been promoted and is about to propose marriage to his girlfriend Rosalind (Catherine Orr). But that all changes when Rosalind is murdered before his eyes by a professional hitman. While tracking down her killers Kevin finds himself chased by mob hit-woman Tessa (Kristy Swanson), his co-workers Junior (Antonie Kamerling) and Mr Ficks (Serge Henri Valcke) and the police (Thom Hoffman). Burke's mentor and employer Karl Jorgensen (Derek de Lint), enigmatic though supportive, seems to hold the key to the mystery.
