| This film is a complete waste of time. Jessica Simpson is a terrible actress, who sounds like a girl throughout the film. For some reason, girls in this movie get-off in men who can pass fast food. (?) Winning employee of the month is like being crowned king in this city. The store throws a huge feast every time there is an employee of the month the election ... As most of you probably know, Zack (Dane Cook), only about winning employee of the month to connect with Amy (Jessica Simpson). In one scene, the most cliche thing happens. Lan (Andy Dick) gets angry because Zack neglects his friends and focuses primarily on winning employee of the month, so Lan said that "the only reason you want to win employee of the month is the dream with Amy!" OOPS! Who should be standing behind Zack, but Amy! "Is that true? Want to know if I slept with the last employee of the month in my last job? Yes, I did. He was my boyfriend, and was a self-centered, arrogant ass like you! You employees of the month are the same! "I covered my eyes in disappointment. But somehow it does wind up coming to an end and Vince (Dax Shepard) is not ... cliché? The advantage for us guys is that there is a scene where Jessica Simpson for the shirt does not show a massive amount of division ... ;-) But it is not worth going to see .... |
| If my son did not review this movie for her high school newspaper, I definitely would not have seen. As I have, here goes: Boy meets girl at Costco, boy loses girl, boy rescues free, boy wins girl back. Among them are some minor under the age of laughs and sight gags, a promising leading man Dane Cook (and not bad to look), and Jessica Simpson saying, fortunately, very little. Dane Cook is a person and hopefully this will serve as a jumping board for more and better things. And Dax Shepard was, believe it or not, quite decent as Vince Villain. Cook is a former dot-com-mer which has become a professional Slack at the local Costco / Super Store and lives with his grandmother. In their place of employment is an idiot named Vince, that is blank (no pun intended) to win its 18th employee of the month award. Jessica Simpson and walks in both compete to get into your pants, um, I mean to compete for her affection. And both are trying to do this by winning the next employee of the month award. Not even a good date movie. (If this is your goal, save some money and rent "Meet Joe Black"). |
| The film is about the competition between the two types for the employee of the month. Plus you sleep with Jessica Simpson. Jessica Simpson is a horrible actress. She looks blank, which show no expression at all. She is only the movie to show their division, but not worth it. Dax Shepard is very good and brings a few laughs with Efren Ramirez. Apart from these, there is not much to laugh. The humor is so white. Dane waiting for some lost and frustrated and does not look like a part of the film. There is not much to spend on the movie, you probably expect a rent of Costco. The story might have been interesting if Dane tried to win the Employee of the Month in their own 'box boy way. And probably lose close to Dax, after he realizes what is important for him. Furthermore, There's little in place to prove that he is close with his three friends and what does not make sense when you feel terrible, in his anger. Pobre story writing in this part. This film tried to film a feel good, but not miserably. You will feel empty at the end of this movie, but will not regret watching. (4 / 10) |
| I saw this movie about five hours, and during all this time I tried to think a worst movie I had seen in my fourteen years of life. This took a lot from me, but everything was in order to protect you, and I hope they heed my warnings. Anyway, my results: nothing. And I've seen a lot of movies. Let me break this down. In my opinion Employee of the Month is worse than that: Ocean's Twelve, Paparazzi, and Little Nicky. What were the worst movies that could get in five hours. Now, when another reviewer would go up or in an assault firearm, using the beep button, I will persist. Do not lie, i laughed during the month of March over the penguins (which I watched in school). Seriously, I'd recommend this probably still low, Date Movie, since at least tried to stab a comedy. In conclusion, please stay away, and honestly does not seem that the actors knew they were in a comic role (especially Dane). Oh and by how incredibly predictable Spoiler ** ** fart / sex jokes and horrible romantic scenes. |
| I have to be honest. I did not expect much from this film from 1000 about the reasons, but what really took me by surprise. It is HILARIOUS! I loved it so much that in the end, I wanted to work at Costco with all of them. The entire cast is solid - is my favorite Dax Sheppard. He is a comic genius! I do not know how manufacturers were able to do it but actually achieved a good performance by Jessica Simpson. I wanted to hate her, but I just could not. She is very nice and genuine in this film. And the best part is - have none of their songs on the soundtrack. Employee of the Month is a peculiar comedy with a great history and charming characters. Definitely a movie worth checking! |
