| Having seen all three previous films scared me was well informed of what to expect from the film, but I was not at all bored with the movie. I found my car chuckling aloud for the whole of the film. Some of the gags in the movie are actually quite funny, especially among the drawing Brokeback Mountain "Mahalik" and "CJ" was especially funny. some of the seemingly off the cuff humor is really very nice to see including the banter between these characters. Anna Faris was in a normal way of fulfilling its role as the title fight female boxer, "swing your opponent women missing in" Mike Tyson "(busy biting the ears), causing nearly everyone involved in the fight and the crowd, almost majestically, breaking his neck, leaving Cindy distraught and full of guilt. The total length of the film is fairly short, but I felt it was the right time, for more time and perhaps my interest would have been lost. The character of Tom Cruise in the film was fine but his face was rather annoying at times, and even managed to enter into a contractual Michael Jackson KIDDIE violinist crack. I thought overall the results were good and was a quality addition to the Scary Movie franchise. |
| in the success of each franchise, the brothers decide Zucker spoof / parody movies like. The Grudge II was Brokeback Mountain War of the Worlds, Million Dollar Baby the Amityville horror of the village, and several other older films. Anna Farris is the new heroin and Craig Bierko plays Tom Cruise character of the War of the Worlds. what you get is a little over eighty minutes of fart gags, older people who are struck in the face and other very correct unpolitically humor. There are some very good cameos from various b-list actors, including Pullman, Sheen and Madsen. The problem is that the film is not only funny and Spoofs are so predictable, you can guess which part of the War of the Worlds next be spoofed. a tired franchise, which actually expired during the first half of the movie. |

Cindy has taken up a job as a house caretaker for a nice old lady that is said to be cursed. Cindy moves right in and the house is located right next to Craig Bierko as Tom Ryan, a down on his luck father. Cindy soon discovers a dreaded secret about the house and she is comforted by Tom who is watching his children for the weekend. As soon as the two become more then just friends, a huge storm rolls on in and hits the town. Tom discovers a giant hole in the ground and an alien TrIpod emerges from it's depth's. Meanwhile, Cindy finds the soul of a tortured boy living inside the house who tells her he knows the secret on how to defeat the aliens. But before he gives it too her, he vanishes. The only way to figure out the mystery is to find the boy's father. Cindy and Tom split away from each other and Tom, with his children, seek refuge in a torn up basement owned by shotgun wielding man named Oliver. Cindy, while trying to figure out her own mystery, bumps into her old friend Brenda Meeks. Teogether, they decide to defeat the aliens. Brenda then discovers a hidden village outside of town and Cindy figure's out the boys father is somewhere inside. Now it's up to Cindy and Brenda to find the boys father and unfold the mystery on how to defeat the aliens, who in fact have their own plans on how to torture such people like Shaq and Dr. Phil.
