| When I saw this show for the first time I thought it was going to be another false lame series in the order of Scary Movie or maybe Austin Powers. What I found was a place of comedy on the level of Mel Brooks at his very best, a classic Saturday Night Live skit, or a stand-up comic who knows his audience well. Race relations and stereotypes of Hollywood could not have been portrayed all fun. The parody was smart and what we need crude humor does not violate the limits of decency, as so often happens with this genre of film. Yes, there are people who do not understand. There are people who are racial stereotypes to be stupid and not understanding that is so intentionally or feel the comic effect. But that's a good thing. It's better to read a review like that before going to see this movie for what I have written so that it can be very pleasantly surprised. |
| I loved "Undercover Brother!" This is the movie "Pootie Tang" should have been! I found him over the top, laugh-out high-funny! Eddie Griffin scores as Undercover Brother, afrolicious a version of Austin Powers. And Chris Kattan is hilarious as Mr pen, an evil underling The man, devoted to the white man's domain, but succumbing to hip-hop influence. Other funny performances came from Dave Chappelle as the paranoid Conspiracy Brother, and Neil Patrick Harris as the idea of caucasian Lance. Some viewers complain about the stereotypes of black, but you should look like in black actors and filmmakers laughing at themselves. It's all a "solid" laugh! |
| I gave this a 10/10 This is the best comedy I've seen. Probably the best I've seen from the plane! (Good comedies are few and between, IMO. One reviewer compared to this that I am going to Git You Sucka and I have not seen it Yes, this is the best comedy I've seen from the plane!) It's funny, original , Goofy, and a great travesty to the police shows and goofy "blaxplotation" movies (which is what's called?) Of the 70s. I was happy I saw this. It's a good movie in order not to listen to users tense here saying that it is racist (most white people I know as May, although I am not ... and I guess it's all a matter of taste.) Great movie .. . I recommend that if you want a good laugh and a good hour and a half of waste for a good movie! 10/10 |
| In the 80s there was a movie called "I'm going to have to Sucka" black on a gang led by Keenan Ivory Wayans to shoot down a target company run by Mr Major played by John Vernon. It was hilarious and "Undercover Brother" is the same type of movie and very funny. Whitey has been controlled with the mind a black model in general Colin Powell, and he was out of operation for the presidency. Instead, you have Shill for a fried chicken restaurant that is the control of drugs in his chicken.! Whitey want to convert in slaves and the brotherhood led by our hero UC, is to stop them. Among the choice bits of nonsense brother is smart, when you develop a vaccine against drugs, but said he could not use it because it works only in one person at a time! Now, how does a vaccine work in only one person at a time? HAHAHA. Has this movie a B +. |
| I thought Undercover Brother is a great will have to shed laughing throughout the movie. The part I liked was when Undercover Brother is doing for a while on a glass wall when he was breaking in trying to achieve something and he was making a circle between the glass and finally doing all the glass that break so funny i happy was crying tears. I also thought that the message of the film was very useful because it is saying that no matter what race you can help others out.I liked the part when he was acting as an undercover brother was the target of finding more evidence about its cast members that was actually very funny. I thought they needed to put a little more famous in her village as Omarion, TI, Usher, Nick Cannon, a young athlete, R-Kelly, liljon. But then others who thought the movie was very funny i can see a Undercover Brother 100 times in a row. |
